Hello

My name is Danai. One of my early memories was trying to teach my younger sister how to read, which was a tall endeavour for me as an eight-year old with a less than willing three-year old younger sister. When the time came for me to pick a career path, teaching felt like the right choice for me.

I have a degree in English Literature and I am a qualified teacher. I started teaching in a secondary school in the West Midlands in 2017 and worked there for five years. During this time I was also an examiner for Edexcel and have tutored students studying for various exam boards including AQA, OCR, Eduqas and Edexcel. When my husband and I welcomed our daughter in 2022, it was a pivotal moment in my life and teaching vocation as I decided to teach from home.
